Spa Policies

Age Policy

Our minimum age to receive spa services is 8 years old. We welcome younger children on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us to discuss specific needs.

  • For clients aged 8-15, a parent or guardian must accompany them for all services.

  • Clients aged 16 and 17 may receive services without parental accompaniment but must have a parent or guardian sign the intake form giving permission.

Guests must be 18 or older to receive sauna, body treatments, dermaplaning, HydraFacial, and microdermabrasion.

While we love children, the serene nature of our spa requires that babies and young children not accompany guests. The cancellation policy will apply.

Reservation Policy

To secure your appointment, we require all guests to provide a credit card on file. We do not charge your card unless there is a late cancellation or no-show. By providing your credit card information, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. All services will start and end on time to respect the next guest’s schedule.

Cancellation Policy

At Jasmine Journey Healing Center, we value both our guests and staff’s time. We kindly ask that you provide 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost. If you miss two consecutive appointments, a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required to reschedule future appointments.

No Show Policy

Appointments that no-show will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Tardiness Policy

While we understand that life can be unpredictable, guests arriving late may receive a shortened service. In specific cases, services may need to be canceled due to time constraints. For hair removal appointments, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we will need to reschedule. Since these are time-specific services, arriving late may not provide us adequate time for completion.

Confirmation Calls and Emails

As a courtesy, we send an email reminder and provide a confirmation call two days prior to your appointment. It remains your responsibility to remember your scheduled dates and times to avoid cancellation fees.

Health Conditions

Please disclose all pertinent health information on the intake forms, including allergies, injuries, or special needs. It is vital that our practitioners are aware of any health-related concerns, especially if there are changes since your last appointment. If you have a medical condition, such as a heart condition or are pregnant, please inform your service provider.

Payment

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Venmo (@JJHolisticWellness) and Jasmine Journey Healing Center gift cards. We do not accept Spa Finder or Spa Wish gift cards, nor personal checks.

Gratuity

Gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for any unused retail items, in their original packaging, and with the original receipt. We will facilitate exchanges or spa credits for defective, opened, or used products within 14 days.

Gift Cards

All gift card sales are final and non-refundable or transferable. Gift cards are valid for services, products, and gratuities at Jasmine Journey Healing Center only and expire 5 years from the purchase date.
