Official Rules for the Jasmine Journey Healing Center Mother’s Day Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Contest Period

The Jasmine Journey Healing Center Mother’s Day Contest ("Contest") begins on May 2, 2025 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on May 10, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST ("Contest Period").

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to all legal residents of Texas, age 18 or older at the time of entry. You do not need to be a mother to participate. Employees of Jasmine Journey Healing Center, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must complete the following steps during the Contest Period:

• Like and Share the official contest post on Facebook.

• Comment on the post with your favorite Mother’s Day memory.

• Bonus Entry (optional): Post your memory on your own Facebook profile, tag @Jasmine Journey Healing Center, and include the hashtag #JasmineJourneyMothersDay2025.

• Follow Jasmine Journey Healing Center on both Facebook and Instagram.

Limit one main entry per person. Bonus entries must also meet eligibility requirements.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Mother’s Day Pamper Package valued at approximately $335, which includes:

• 60-minute Therapeutic Massage ($135 value)

• Pure Radiance Facial ($135 value)

• 30-minute Infrared Sauna Session ($45 value)

• Choice of Organic Stone Crop or Apricot Oil by Eminence Organics ($20 value)

• A refreshing mimosa & sweet treat (to be enjoyed during the appointment)

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries. The drawing will be conducted by Jasmine Journey Healing Center.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via Facebook Direct Message on or about May 10, 2025. If the selected winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner may be chosen.

7. Prize Claim and Redemption

The winner must claim their prize by May 11, 2025. The prize must be redeemed in person at Jasmine Journey Healing Center no later than June 15, 2025. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and release Jasmine Journey Healing Center, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability related to participation or acceptance/use of the prize. Jasmine Journey Healing Center reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if necessary.

9. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
